I saw that as well, we do not have the license to run version 10.They have a free reader available. Have you tried one of these file on 10 to see if maybe 9 is just too old for the file? My experience with them has been great so far.My next step is to install the reader as well and see if that will atleast solve the issue of viewing files. Otherwise, I would also try submitting a support ticket with Nitro. Are you running the latest version (9.5.3.8) of Nitro Pro 9? Typically updating to the most recent version available has fixed problems.
I checked on the version and it says its up to date, I went to submit a ticket but its only listing version 10 as an option
